The delightful citrusy-sweet and refreshing essence of Bergamot not only provides an aroma that is somewhat similar to that of oranges, lemons and florals combined, it's also considered excellent for both mental and physical healing and wellbeing.

Uses

  • Diffuse: Add a few drops to an aromatherapy diffuser or electric vaporiser and let the fresh aroma of Bergamot Oil fill your environment.
  • Topically: Add 4-6 drops of Bergamot Oil to a 15ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil to create an on-the-go balancing roller blend.
  • Massage: Dilute a few drops of Bergamot Oil into a carrier oil, massage oil, or moisturiser to invigorate sore & fatigued muscles.
  • Bath: Add a few drops of Bergamot Essential Oil to a warm bath to help ease tension & stress in the body & mind.
  • Fast Remedy: Add 1-2 drops of Bergamot Oil to a tissue and inhale at a distance while ensuring that the oil does not come into direct contact with the skin. 

Safety

  • Essential oils are extremely potent and can cause serious harm if used incorrectly.
  • In line with the Therapeutic Goods Act, we do not recommend ingesting essential oils without the guidance of a registered Aromatherapist or Naturopath.
  • Essential oils should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
  • Avoid using essential oils during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
  • Essential oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation or reactions if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin).

Bergamot Oil Blends well with Basil, Rose Geranium, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Lemon and Ylang Ylang.

    Aramex shipments are all Authority to leave. If a safe place cannot be found they will leave a card with instructions for you to arrange re delivery or collection at a later time.

    Parcels that are returned to us due to an address error or failure to collect at the post office will be reshipped at the customers expense. Unclaimed items will be added as gifts to other orders after 6 months.
