How to:
- Light your candle and place the dish beside it.
- Write down one thing you’re ready to release... a habit, a worry or an old belief.
- Hold the paper and whisper, “I release what no longer serves me. I call in peace, clarity, and steady light.”
- Safely burn the paper in the dish or bury it in the earth.
- Sprinkle the salt around the candle as a symbol of protection and cleansing.
Let the candle burn as long as feels right, then snuff it out with gratitude.
