Recipe: Dreamy Lotus Moon Tea Latte

A soothing bedtime blend to sip slowly, setting intentions for the dreamspace.

You’ll need:

1 tsp dried Sacred Lotus petals
1 tsp chamomile
1/2 tsp lavender buds

* Optional
1/2 tsp Mugwort
ground or sugar cinnamon
1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Steamed plant milk (almond or oat work beautifully)

To prepare:
Steep the herbs in hot water for 5–7 minutes. Strain, then top with warm plant milk and a drizzle of sweetness if desired. Sip mindfully while holding your Moonstone, visualising peaceful dreams and inner guidance.

Make it Iced 
Steep your Sacred Lotus, chamomile, lavender, and cinnamon as usual, then let the infusion cool completely. Pour over ice in your favourite glass, add a splash of cold oat milk, and swirl in a little honey or maple syrup if desired. Stir gently, take a breath, and sip under the stars.
