Returns & Refunds

While we do not accept returns for change of mind, please contact us if you have any questions about the items in your order and we will do our best to help.

In cases where an item has arrived damaged or is incorrect, to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a description and images of the issue.

If we determine that a refund is required, the funds will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 business days for a refund to clear. Paypal and Buy Now, Pay Later options usually clear within 2 business days.

If it is determined the product has been damaged by you in any way, or you have initiated the return beyond 48 hours of delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund.
